Nowadays the package of the cutlery set are plastic or PE Casting paper or PE composite paper, now we develop a new product---Biodegradation Recycle pure paper package.

It is belong to pure paper material, why can it be heat sealed? How do you make paper heat-sealable?

The answer is we coat a green water soluble heat sealing materials on the surface of the paper. Through heat and pressure, the paper can be heat-sealed. The heat sealing coating area can be full of the paper or part of the paper which can cut down the cost and improve the degradation rate. Our non plastic paper can work on a semi automatic packing machine or Fully automatic package machine. We have our bag making machines, we can offer you gusset pouches or pre made pouch,too. 

Our degradable plastic free heat sealing paper bag is different from the paper package in the market, as their are belong to PE/ film coated paper or PE composite paper, which is not environmental friendly non degradable.

According to United Nations data, the world is still producing 400 million tons of plastic per year, of which one-third are only used once.If use our plastic free heat sealing paper can cut down lot of plastic.

Our not PE COATED PAPER can run in all the package machines, the pacakge machine not need to change to meet your package wrapping paper.  What's more,in order to meet different customers semi automatic packing machines or Fully automatic package machines, we can offer non plastic heat sealing paper roll, premade paper bag and gussted paper tube.
