The answer is we coat a green water soluble heat sealing materials on the surface of the paper. Through heat and pressure, the paper can be heat-sealed. The heat sealing coating area can be full of the paper or part of the paper which can cut down the cost and improve the degradation rate. Our non plastic paper can work on a semi automatic packing machine or Fully automatic package machine. We have our bag making machines, we can offer you gusset pouches or pre made pouch,too.

Heat Sealing Paper Pouch Styles:
In order to adapt to different full packing machine or semi package mahcine, our heat sealing paper can provide in heat sealing paper roll, pre made paper pouch and side gusseted paper tube style. The normal PE film heat sealing machines can work with our 100% recycle heating sealing paper. The heat sealing temperature is between 130-150 ℃ and the heat sealing time is around 1s.
