Eco release paper is a heat sealable release paper because of precise discontinuous coating heat sealable silk fibroin and releasable silicone on one surface of a tailor-made paper. By doing so, the Eco release paper is not only releasable, but also heat sealable.

1.No Plastics: a paper product; can be regenerated, recycled, degradable; reduced plastics volume from the very origin.If the pouch film on sanitary napkins is replaced:0.00093898kg pouch film and 0.0000189kg adhesive is used on every sanitary napkin (280mm, medium size).938.98 kg plastics and 18.9 kg adhesive can be saved per million sanitary napkins

2.Precise discontinuous coating, heat sealable and releasable. Heat sealable area can be heat sealed, sealed well in 3 layer area because of sealable coating is coated on two sides. Releasable area is coated with solvent free silicone, can be peeled off easily from the glued back sheet.

3.Save: discontinuous coating at one-stop equipment, less raw materials is needed

4.Technology Innovation: replacement of traditional structure of release paper+adhesive+packaging film,  or release film/release lamination. reducing process complexity. for the original structure, the three-point glue displacement, the folding of the release paper, and the opening of the sealing release film have been improved.
